NEXT STEPS
Pay your fees and contributions of $239.00 via cash or check payable to Washington Lodge No. 20 and mailed to (or dropped off at) 1123 J Street 95814 (Downtown Sacramento).

WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
Once fees are paid and application form is submitted to the Lodge Secretary, and the form has been completed satisfactorily, your application will be read in Lodge at the next Stated Meeting.
The Worshipful Master will assign three (3) Interviewers who will contact you to schedule a meeting at a place and a time of your convenience (your home, workplace, or anywhere of your choice). Your spouse/partner is welcome to attend any of these meetings and ask questions.
Please do not disclose the name of any Interviewer to the others.
Grand Lodge of California will perform a background check.
Once the Worshipful Master receives satisfactory reports from Grand Lodge and from at least two (2) Interviewers, he will present your application to the Lodge for approval by balloting at the next Stated Meeting.
Once approved, the Worshipful Master will contact you to schedule your Initiation Ceremony (First Degree).
Your Initiation is a very important and joyful day for all members of our Lodge and is an evening to be remembered forever.
